A Window into My Studio

I am fortunate to have a large room to dedicate to my harp studio.  There is plenty of natural light streaming in behind the harps, but no direct sunlight (which is a no-no!).  Overhead spot lighting focuses on each harp.  The wood flooring allows a clear tone and provides no distraction due to color or pattern.  Also the flooring helps a pedal harpist slide her heel around without lifting her foot when pedaling.   There are adjustable four legged stools allow for sitting at the proper height for each student, as well as two beautiful hand made, adjustable music stands.  I also use additional stand lighting after dark to increase ease of viewing.  Across the room is comfortable seating for family and friends who want to stay and listen.
